Never miss another call! When you are going to be out, Call Forwarding automatically forwards all your calls to a selected local, long distance or mobile number that you program.

How to Enable Call Forwarding

  1. Lift the receiver and press *72. Rotary dial telephones will need to dial 11 in place of the * key. For example *69 is 1169 on rotary phones.
  2. When you hear a second dial tone, dial the number you want your calls forwarded to. Enter the number with area code, followed by the remainder of the number (nnn-nnn-nnnn)

 

How to Verify Call Forwarding is Enabled

  1. Lift the receiver and press *72. Rotary dial telephones will need to dial 11 in place of the * key. For example *69 is 1169 on rotary phones.
  2. If a busy signal is heard, the feature is active

 

How to Disable Call Forwarding

  1. Lift the receiver and press *73. Rotary dial telephones will need to dial 11 in place of the * key. For example *69 is 1169 on rotary phones.
  2. You will hear two quick tones, followed by a dial tone. This signals that call forwarding has been disabled.
