Whether you were sent the wrong item, are canceling your service and need to return your equipment, or the item simply did not meet expectations, we hear you. Just give us a call and one of our experts will be happy to assist you.
All Other Items
You don’t want a minor inconvenience to turn into a major headache, so we’ll keep it simple.
Start by logging in to your account and navigating to the Order History tab. Here, you'll find a list of your purchased products, including important warranty information. To initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

DISH will not refund shipping fees for products purchased and returned to our store. Should a product be damaged or lost, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to file a claim with UPS to cover the cost of the product and the shipping fees.
