How to Return Your TV Equipment
Before returning any equipment please make sure you have spoken with one of our customer service representatives. Until the return has been processed by a representative, we are unable to accept or process any returned equipment.

Package your equipment
Place all applicable receivers, DISH remotes, power supply cords, and your LNBF into a box. See a detailed list of equipment.
Return boxes can take up to 15 business days to arrive. If you were not sent a box, you may use one of your choosing or request to have one sent to you. Contact us
Receivers required to be returned:
- All Hopper and Joey models
- ViP 722 / ViP 722k
- ViP 211k / ViP 211z
- Wally

Your LNBF can be found on your dish outside. Refer to the diagram below to retrieve your LNBF:
Important: Use caution when climbing on the roof to disconnect the LNBF. You will not be charged for the LNBF if you are unable to retrieve it.

Attach shipping label
Once you have placed all applicable equipment in the box, attach the shipping label provided by DISH. Where can I find my label?
This label may have been sent to you via email, mail, or inside the return boxes shipped to your address.
If a label was not sent to you or you cannot find the original, just address the box to:

Ship the package
Take the packaged equipment to your nearest UPS store. Alternatively, you can use other major carriers like USPS or FedEx, or schedule home pick-up through UPS (check UPS.com for pricing). When can I expect my return, refund or exchange to be processed?

Package your equipment
Place all applicable modems into a box. What modems am I required to return to DISH?
If you have satellite internet, also place your Radio/Tria in the box. Where can I find my Radio/Tria?
The following modems are required to be returned:
- C1100Z – dishNET Wireline modem
- C1000A – dishNET Wireline modem
- VS1100 – Surf Beam 2 Tria
- RM4100 – Surf Beam 2
- JR1WKA – Jupiter Radio
- HT1100 – dishNET Satellite modem
To check what model you have, see the front panel of your modem. Any remotes, cables, or dishes you may have can stay with you.
Your Radio/Tria is on your satellite internet dish.
Important: Use caution when retrieving your Radio/Tria. You will not be charged for the Radio/Tria if you're unable to retrieve it.

Return Boxes and Shipping Label
Return boxes can take up to 15 business days to arrive. The shipping label can be found inside the return boxes or alternatively may have been sent via email or mail.
If a box and label was not sent to you or you cannot find the originals, you may use a box of your choosing and address the box to:

Please note: we do not accept in person drop offs. All equipment must be processed and shipped to store or will be subject to additional charges.

If you are upgrading or exchanging your equipment, all equipment must be returned within 30 days of receiving your new products to avoid unreturned equipment charges.
If you have cancelled your service, all equipment must be returned within 30 days of receiving your return boxes in the mail. Boxes can take up to 15 business days to arrive. If you did not receive a box or shipping label – contact us and we will be happy to assist.
If a charge was placed on your account, a refund will be issued to your account within 7 business days of Dish receiving and processing your returned equipment.

All accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning an item originally purchased in a bundle, the entire bundle needs to be returned. To begin the return process, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyDISH account and navigate to the Accessories Purchase History tab. If you do not have an account, create one.
- Next to the item you would like to return, select "Return or Replace" and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once we have received your shipment, you will be issued a refund within seven business days.
Note: DISH must receive and process your return within 30 days of the return request being initiated to process your refund.

All accessories are eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase if deemed damaged or defective. If you are replacing an item originally purchased in a bundle, the entire bundle will need to be returned for replacement. To begin the replacement process, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyDISH account and navigate to the Accessories Purchase History tab. If you do not have an account, create one.
- Next to the item you would like to replace, select "Return or Replace" and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you do not see your item listed under Accessories Purchase History, please contact us and a returns specialist will be happy to assist you.

If you initiated a return online or through the assistance of one of our customer service representatives, a shipping label will have been sent to the email address associated with your DISH account. If you can't find the original email, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyDISH account and navigate to the Accessories Purchase History tab. If you do not have an account, create one.
- Next to the item you need to ship back, select "Return or Replace."
- Print your authorized return shipping label.

You have 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return. Once your return has been initiated, you will have an additional 30 days to package and return your item(s). To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition and include the original packaging, plus any associated cables and documentation.
We do not accept any products that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
Refunds will only cover the price of the original product and any associated taxes. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
DISH will not refund shipping fees for products purchased and returned to our store. Should a product be damaged or lost, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to file a claim with UPS to cover the cost of the product and the shipping fees.
