Dolby Digital is a form of audio coding that enables multi-speaker surround sound. This setting allows you to turn Dolby Digital on or off to enable or disable surround sound.

  1. Press the MENU button

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Audio

  4. Select Audio Output
    grid of audio options
  5. Under Decoder select Dolby Digital/PCM

    (If you are experiencing problems with Dolby Digital, select the PCM Only option in the Audio Output menu)
