Missing Channels or Pop-Up 005/013/014
What Is Happening?
Channels are missing from the guide and/or a "Programming Not Authorized" error is displaying (005, 013, or 014).
Why Is It Happening?
This problem is typically caused by out-of-date information in the DISH receiver or a receiver error.
How Do I Fix It?
Resolve this issue by completing all the steps below:
Reauthorize your receiver.
Log in to your mydish.com account and access the DISH Outdoors Self-Service Portal, available online
and in the MyDISH App, then follow the prompts on the screen to reauthorize your receiver.
Wait 5-10 minutes for your reauthorization then check your channels again. If they are still not working, continue to the next step.
Reset your receiver.
Unplug the power cord of your DISH receiver (may have a red tag) from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
