Reset HopperGO to Factory Defaults

Follow the steps below to reset your HopperGO back to factory defaults. Note: This will erase all content and settings on the HopperGO.

Select Your Device Type

Phone

  1. Select More
    MORE navigation link in DISH Anywhere phone app
  2. Select Settings
    Settings menu option in DISH Anywhere phone app
  3. Select HopperGO

  4. Select Reset HopperGO

  5. Select Reset

Tablet

  1. Select Settings

  2. Select HopperGO

  3. Select Reset HopperGO

  4. Select Reset

To access your HopperGO, you must first launch the DISH Anywhere Player and connect to your HopperGO's Wi-Fi network. Visit the HopperGO Setup page to learn how.

  1. Select Settings icon
