What Is Happening?

The Guide displays "No Information Available."

 

Why Is It Happening?

This problem is typically caused by signal issues or an error in the DISH receiver.
 

How Do I Fix It?

Resolve this issue by completing all the steps below:

  1. Check for an available tuner

    Press Options or the red colored button (depending on your remote type below) to view the TV Activity screen. If no tuners show "Available" then you will need to make a tuner available.

    For a tuner currently "Recording," select the tuner and choose "Stop Recording."
    For a tuner currently "Watching," power off the receiver in the listed location.

    Once a tuner is available, the guide will download automatically (this may take ten minutes).

  2. Reset your Hopper

    On the front of your Hopper, hold the Reset button down for about 5 seconds.

    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

  3. Reset your Joey

    If you are not troubleshooting a Joey, skip this step.

    On the front of your Joey, hold the Power button down for about 5 seconds.

    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
