  1. Check Weather Conditions

    If there is inclement weather in your area, wait for it to pass.

  2. Perform Speed Test

    Perform a manual speed test on Choose a file size of 3 MB or larger and verify that the results are at least 60% of the maximum package speed.

  3. Bypass Router and Connect to Adapter

    Bypass the router and connect the computer directly to the modem. Plug the computer directly into the Data In port on your Power over Ethernet Adapter

  4. Reset the Components

    Reset the computer, Power over Ethernet Adapter, and router (if applicable). Unplug the Power over Ethernet Adapter and router (if applicable) for 10 seconds. Then plug in the Power over Ethernet Adapter first and allow 2 minutes before plugging in or powering on other devices.

  5. Delete Temporary Internet Files

    Delete Temporary Internet Files from the computer.

  6. Use a Different Web Browser

    Try loading the webpage using a different supported browser than the one experiencing the issue.
