If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date, you may be eligible for a payment extension and can receive up to an additional 9 days to pay your bill without service interruption. Extensions may only be used once each billing period and will result in a $10 fee. To prevent service interruption, the past due balance must be paid in full by the end of the extension period.
If your bill is already past due, you can check for eligibility by following these steps:
- Log in to your MyDish account. If you do not have an account, create one here.
- Click on "Payment Extension" in the Bill section of the Account Summary page. If you do not see the payment extension message, you may not be eligible or your bill is not yet past due.
- Select your desired payment option and click Submit.
