  • How do I download the app to my device?

    The app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Search for "MyDISH App" in your app store, or follow these links:

  • What should I do if I have issues downloading the MyDISH App?

    You can check your operating system on your Android or Apple device to ensure you have a compatible operating system.

    Android requires Kitkat (4.4) and above
    Apple requires iOS 8.0 and above

  • How do I log in to the MyDISH App?

    In order to manage your DISH account on the app, log in using your username and password. If you have not yet created an account, see "How do I create an account?" below.
  • How do I create an account?

    1. From the bottom of the sign-in page in the MyDISH App, select "Create one"
    2. Provide one of the following to help us identify your DISH account: a phone number, 16-digit account number, or a 10-digit receiver number.
    3. Once your account has been identified, provide either your four-digit security code or the last four digits of your social security number to verify you are authorized to access the account.
    4. Create a username and password of your choosing, then select "Create Account & Sign In" at the bottom of the page.
  • I forgot my username. How do I sign in?

    1. Select "Forgot username or password" found at the bottom of the sign-in page in the MyDISH App.
    2. Under "Forgot Username," provide one of the following to help us identify your DISH account: a phone number, 16-digit account number, or a 10-digit receiver number.
    3. Once your account has been identified, provide the four-digit security code associated with your account.
    4. A pop-up message will appear with your username.
  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    1. Select "Forgot username or password" found at the bottom of the sign-in page in the MyDISH app.
    2. Under "Forgot Password" enter your username.
    3. Next, provide the four-digit security code associated with your account.
    4. Create your new password.
  • What features are in the MyDISH App?

    In the MyDISH App, you can make payments, order Pay-Per-View/Video on Demand, view and update your TV services, enroll in eBill/AutoPay, and Refer a Friend, as well as manage your appointments and email/text notifications.
  • How do I navigate within the MyDISH App?

    The best way to navigate the MyDISH App is by using the docked navigation located at the bottom of the screen. From here you can access the home page, account information, bill, DISH Cinema, and app settings.
  • How do I manage my current appointments in the MyDISH App?

    Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select Home. On this page, you will see a section labeled Appointments that will display your upcoming appointment. Selecting this section will show you appointment details including the My Tech feature. You can also choose to manage your appointments from this page.
  • How can I view billing information in the MyDISH App?

    Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select Bill. On the Bill page, you can view your last statement balance and its due date. You can also view view previous payments and download bill statements to your mobile device.
  • What payment methods can I use in the MyDISH App?

    When making a payment in the MyDISH App, you can use either a card or bank account. The MyDISH App will remember your last form of payment used when making future payments.
  • Can I restore my DISH services?

    Yes! Select the "Restore Service" button, found on the Home page in the MyDISH App, then make a payment. Once your payment has been made, your services will restart within 15-20 minutes.
  • Can I make changes to my profile information in the MyDISH App?

    Yes. The MyDISH App allows you to change your contact information, security information, billing address, username/password, and email/text notifications, as well as add/edit household members. You can make these changes by using the docked navigation and selecting Account > Profile.
  • How do I order Pay-Per-View and Video on Demand content?

    Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select DISH Cinema. From here you can search titles of your favorite events. Scroll through numerous options and filter by content type, resolution, and rating.
  • How do I use the MyDISH App to see what TV channels I'm currently subscribed to?

    Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select Home. From there, select "View Your Channel Line-Up" to see a personalized list of the channels included in your subscription. Scroll through the list or search for a channel name or number to find your favorites.
  • Can I use the MyDISH App to add TV channels that I don’t currently get?

    Yes! Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select Account. Under the TV header, select "Current Services" to see what you subscribe to now. Select "Manage TV," then search for the channel or channels that you want to add. We’ll tell you exactly what you need to subscribe to in order to get those channels, as well as give you a few alternative options if you want even more channels. Pick the one you want and make the change right there in the app.
  • Can I use the MyDISH App to remove TV channels or packages that I don’t watch?

    You can do that too! Use the docked navigation at the bottom of the screen and select Account. Under the TV header, select "Current Services" to see what you subscribe to now. Select "Manage TV," then select the package to which you no longer want to subscribe, then select Remove. Once you’re done removing services, select Next to complete your request.
