Ways to Pay Your Bill

You can pay your bill online, over the phone, in cash at a nearby retail location, or through the mail.

Online

Log in or create an Online ID at mydish.com/mybilling. You can also save time and avoid late fees by signing up for AutoPay. Select the Edit button under Billing Preferences and turn AutoPay On. With AutoPay, your bill total will be automatically deducted from the bank account, credit card, or debit card you provide every month.


By Phone

Call 800-333-DISH (800-333-3474). You can pay through the automated system or through an agent. Be aware that paying through an agent will result in an additional $5.00 Agent Assistance Fee.


In Cash

Go to the Pay-in-Cash Locator and enter your address or zip code to find a retail location near you. Processing fees may apply.


By Mail

The state or territory you live in will determine where you need to send your payment. Please remember that payments sent by mail require up to 10 business days to process and post to your account.
