Ensure that the timer was not skipped by a user, or due to a conflict with another timer. When more than one event is set to record at the same time, the timer with the lowest priority will be skipped. To change priority, select Set Priority on the information screen for that timer.
If the issue is only on one receiver, unplug the DISH receiver for 10 seconds and plug back in.
It may take up to 5 minutes for the reset process to be completed.
