If you opt in to Mobile Alerts, you will receive appointment notifications on your mobile phone related to your account. The message frequency will vary based on your account activity.
How to opt in
To receive Mobile Alerts, you will need to opt in at mydish.com/myprofile.
Once you opt in on the website, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone to confirm your acceptance of the program. Respond by sending the message APPT to 25863. Future text messages will not be sent until this response is received.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by responding with the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to 25863 or by updating your household information at mydish.com/myprofile.
