Receive up to four text message reminders prior to a scheduled DISH appointment. Message frequency varies based upon the number of appointments.

  1. A reminder the day before
  2. The morning of to provide an estimated 1 hour arrival time
  3. One hour before the estimated arrival time
  4. If the estimated arrival time changes significantly

Receive one text message reminder per month prior to the bill due date, so long as the account remains current. Additional reminders will be sent if a payment has not been received by the due date.
