Unauthorized card in the receiver, customer was not viewing a favorite list with the channels, customer has channels locked and removed from EPG, missing codes on the account, service interruption on the account, old software in the receiver, incorrect receiver and card numbers on the account, poor signal, programming to authorize. Enhanced Local channels are not available in all areas.
- Check Subscription to Channel
Check that you are subscribed to the channel in question using mydish.com/myprogramming.
- Reset Receiver
If the issue is only on ONE receiver, unplug the DISH receiver for 10 seconds and plug back in.
Please note: It may take up to 5 minutes for the reset process to be completed.
