The wireless phone jack may not be installed properly, the phone outlet may not be working properly, the Phonex wireless jack may not be working properly.
Verify the Phonex wireless jack is installed correctly, connect the wireless jack to a working phone outlet.
- Check unit configuration
Check that the wiring between your DISH receiver, your outlets, and your wireless unit is configured properly using dish.com/wiring.
- Reset connectivity unit
Unplug both ends of your connectivity for 10 seconds and plug back in.
- Link the units of connectivity device
Link the units of your connectivity device by pressing the button on the base unit.
- Contact manufacturer
Contact the manufacturer of the device directly if you are unable to resolve the issue.
