No Power

  1. Check Power Light on the Modem

    Check if power light on the modem is lit. If lit, go to Troubleshooting >Wildblue > No Connection.

  2. Verifty and Reset Connections on Power Supply

    Disconnect and reconnect all connections along the modem's power supply.

    Be sure to disconnect and reconnect the connection on the back of the modem, the connections to and from the power brick and the connection at the power outlet.
