- Check for Weather
Check for weather in the area that may be causing the issue.
- Check to make sure Modem is Locked
Make sure the modem shows as locked in SVT
- Verify Browser Configuration
Verify browser configuration is correct
- Delete Temporary Internet Files
Delete temporary internet files from your computer
- Reset the Components
Reset the computer, modem, and router (if applicable)
Unplug the modem and router (if applicable) for 10 seconds.
Plug in the modem first and allow the Rx light to become solid before plugging in/powering on other devices.
- Check SVT Lock and Signal Values
Check Upstream Transmit Power/Downstream Channel Power and Upstream/Downstream Signal-to-Noise for a red "X" or if the modem does not lock.
