Hopper Transfers App

Hopper Transfers is an iPad app that allows you to move recorded television programs from your Hopper with Sling to an iPad via your home's Wi-Fi connection.

Download the Free App and Link it to Your Hopper

1.Download the Hopper Transfers application from iTunes or the App Store
2.Launch the app from your iPad
3.Select the "Select a Receiver" dropdown in the upper left hand corner and press "+" to add a receiver
4.Select the receiver you wish to pair to your iPad
5.Enter the 6-digit code shown on your Hopper with Sling TV screen and press OK
6.Once your receiver and iPad have been successfully paired, My Recordings will be displayed

Prepare Recordings for Transfer

Individual Event or Series from Guide

1.Press the Guide button on your remote. Select the series you would like to transfer and press the Record button
2.Select "Prepare for Mobile"
3.Ensure the box next to "Prepare for Mobile" is checked

Recording from DVR

1.Press the DVR button on your remote. Select the recording you would like to transfer
2.Select "More Info"
3.Select "Prepare for Mobile"

Transfer Recordings

1.Pull up the Hopper Transfers app on your iPad and select My Recordings
2.Select the recording you would like to transfer and press Transfer
3.Select recordings will be removed from your DVR when they are transferred to your iPad. Select Yes to transfer the recording. Selecting No will cancel the transfer
4.Select OK to begin the transfer
5.To view the progress of the transfer, select My Transfers

Content will expire 30 days from transfer. To reauthorize or prevent expiration of content, launch the app on the same network from which the content was transferred.
