AutoPay and Paperless Billing

AutoPay

Save time, money and avoid late fees by having your bill automatically charged directly to your bank account, credit card or debit card each month.

How to Enroll

  1. Go to mydish.com/mybilling
  2. Log in to your online account (or create an Online ID)
  3. Click Edit under Billing Preferences
  4. Select "On" for AutoPay
  5. Enter payment information under Payment Form
  6. Click Submit

Note: If you have a current balance, you will need to pay the current balance on your account at the time of enrollment to ensure your bill is paid on time.

How to Update

  1. Go to mydish.com/mybilling
  2. Log in to your online account (or create an Online ID)
  3. Click Edit under Billing Preferences
  4. Enter updated information under Payment Form
  5. Click Submit

Note: If you have a current balance, you will need to pay the current balance on your account when updating to ensure your bill is paid on time.

How to Remove

  1. Go to mydish.com/mybilling
  2. Log in to your online account (or create an Online ID)
  3. Click Edit under Billing Preferences
  4. Select "Off" for AutoPay
  5. Click Submit

Paperless Billing

Instead of receiving a paper bill in the mail each month, you can now view your bill online.  With Paperless Billing, you can access 12 months of bill storage online. It's easy and convenient.

How to Enroll

  1. Go to mydish.com/mybilling
  2. Log in to your Online Account (or create an Online ID)
  3. Click Edit under Billing Preferences
  4. Select "Off" for Paper Billing
  5. Click Submit

How to Remove

  1. Go to mydish.com/mybilling
  2. Log in to your online account (or create an Online ID)
  3. Click Edit under Billing Preferences
  4. Select "On" for Paper Billing
  5. Click Submit
Note: DISH will always notify you at the email address provided when your bill is ready to be viewed. Therefore, Email Billing under Billing Preferences will always be preselected and disabled by default.
