    Log out and log back in to DISH Remote Access or DISHOnline.com and attempt the action again.

  2. Change Web Browser

    Try logging in to DISH Remote Access using a different browser than the one experiencing the issue.

  3. Check Receiver

    Check that the issue experienced through DISH Remote Access is not happening directly on the receiver.
